Cancellation Policy
By appointment only!! Walk-ins only upon availability. Lateness will take a portion of your time off your FULL PRICED service. Especially when it comes to soak offs. I have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If I don’t have time to fill that spot due to same day/last minute cancelation, there will be a 50% charge. No shows will be a 100% charge. Your status becomes day of appointment or payment ahead of time. I’m not heartless, I know things happen, people get sick and life is life, but if it becomes a pattern, it will be addressed. I appreciate your time with me and I hope you value mine!
